The basic terms under which Vocetica is provided.
Vocetica is a trading name of Bruce Harris, a UK sole trader. ICO Registered ZC133148. All correspondence: bruce@vocetica.com.
Vocetica provides an AI-powered receptionist service ("Sophie") that answers calls on behalf of subscribed clients (practices, firms, contractors). Sophie qualifies callers, books appointments into your calendar, and routes urgent matters per your instructions.
Pricing is published on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Standard UK plans run month-to-month at £997/month flat. US HVAC plans start at $249/month. US PI Law plans run at $1,497/month. There are no setup fees and no minimum term — you can cancel any month with no penalty.
14-day free trial available where advertised. Card capture is required to enable the trial; no charge is taken on day 1. The first monthly payment is taken on day 15 unless you cancel. Cancellation during the trial is free.
Sophie is not for use as a clinical or legal advisor. She qualifies, books, and triages — she does not give clinical or legal advice, ever. Subscribers are responsible for compliance with their own sector regulations (GDC, CQC, SRA, state bar associations, etc.).
Vocetica acts as a data processor for subscriber call data. A Data Processing Agreement is signed before go-live (available on request). See the Privacy Policy and Compliance pages.
Vocetica's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.
UK contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales. US contracts are governed by the law of the State of Delaware unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Material changes apply only to the next renewal cycle.
